| Ethiopia: UWSLF Signs Peace Accord with Government |

The Ethiopian government signed peace accord with United Western Somali Liberation Front (UWSLF), according news reports. ONLF Central Committee Member, Abdullahi Ahmed Ibrahim, told ENA on Thursday that the agreement reached between the two sides would enable to ensure the benefits of the two sides, according to the news report.
He further said the benefits in which the people of Somali are enjoying have pressured those forces like the ONLF to pursue the path of peace.
Three-fourth of the leaders of the ONLF have agreed to operate under the umbrella of the national constitution, and the remaining faction of ONLF has no public support, Abdullahi said.
Abdullahi had served as ONLF's Office Head in Asmara for five years.
